Excelsia University College has recorded some of the highest graduate employment and salary outcomes in Australia for international undergraduate students, achieving outstanding results in the latest Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) Graduate Outcomes Survey.
The Australian government survey found that Excelsia ranked:
- First among Australia’s Non-University Higher Education Institutions (NUHEIs) for International Undergraduate Median Annual Full-Time Salary, at $74,100*
- Third among NUHEIs for International Undergraduate Full-Time Employment, with 81.9 per cent of graduates securing full-time work*
Excelsia’s graduates have gone on to earn a median salary more than $11,000 above the NUHEI average ($62,600), and their employment outcomes exceed the sector benchmark (58.7 per cent) by more than 23 per cent. These results position Excelsia among Australia’s strongest performers for international graduate success.
Peter McKeon, CEO of Excelsia University College, said, ‘These results provide powerful confirmation of what we strive to achieve every day here at Excelsia, preparing students for the workforce and supporting them to develop the confidence and capability to succeed in meaningful careers.’
‘An Excelsia education is about more than just academic achievement. It is about equipping graduates with the knowledge and relevant skills they need to make an impact in their professions and communities.
‘These outcomes demonstrate the value of our holistic approach to education.
Especially for our international student cohort, we can see the results of our commitment to student-centred support, industry engagement and job readiness, reflected in real and practical ways,’ said Mr McKeon.
