International Students must provide certified copies of all documents. A certified copy is a photocopy of an original document that has been endorsed (signed, dated and accompanied by an ink imprint stamp) by an authorised authority who states that it is a true copy of the original document.

Authorised authorities include:

Police officers, accountants, ministers of religion, medical practitioners, legal practitioners and school principals. An Excelsia staff member can also certify documents only if they have cited the original document. A detailed list of accepted authorities can be found here.

Please note: All supporting documents attached in the application process must be true and complete records. You can scan these documents and upload them in the online application form. However, you may be asked to provide original documents or original certified copies of supporting documents upon request at any time. Failure to do so may result in your candidacy being rejected. Detailed checking of supporting documents is an inherent element of our admissions process and may involve asking for verification from the original issuing authority, relevant tertiary admissions centre, or other organisation.

Step 4: Complete the application form

Please read the form carefully, complete all the fields and attach all the documentation listed in Step 3.

Step 5: Apply

Once you submit your application, Excelsia staff will contact you within days to confirm receipt and talk through the next steps in the process.

Music and Drama applicants will also receive their audition date.
If the applicant is successful they will be issued an offer letter and a written agreement. Students will need to respond to the offer within 6 weeks. At this point, applicants are welcome to apply for Credit or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if applicable.
Applicants may defer their offer to a later semester to start their studies. A weblink will be sent to applicants if they wish to defer their start date.
