Graduation Ceremony
Wesley Conference Centre – Wednesday 10 May 2023
The College’s graduation ceremony for the Class of 2022 is taking place on Wednesday, 10 May, at the Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street, Sydney, commencing at 4:00 PM.
Graduands who indicated their interest in attending the ceremony have been sent a formal invitation to their personal email account, including details of how to register their attendance, order regalia, photos and other items, and also nominate how many guests they would ideally like to invite (subject to availability).
Please note, the last day to register attendance and order regalia is 11 April 2023.
Further information is included in the emails which are being regularly sent to the graduands who indicated their interest in attending, with other students graduating in absentia. Graduands who indicated their attendance and are not receiving these emails, or are now unable to attend should contact registrar@excelsia.edu.au.

Academic Regalia and Photography
As part of the College’s ongoing growth and development, we have taken the opportunity to redesign our academic regalia, so that the colours of the regalia align with our School colours.
We have also established a relationship with Academic Gowns & Graduation Photography, a local West Ryde company, who will be providing the regalia and photography services for the College at our graduation ceremonies.
The $99 graduation package includes:
- – Hire of academic regalia for your degree
- – A digital, high-resolution photo download link of you being presented with your testamur on stage. The image will also include a border with the Excelsia College logo on it.
- – An optional professional portrait studio session with you and your guests at the Wesley Conference Centre (either before or after the ceremony)*
*N.B. The optional portrait studio session is included in the cost of the graduation package, with the cost to purchase any photos taken at the session photos being as follows:
Graduands will order their regalia directly on the Academic Gowns Registration Portal, and further information about this will be provided early in 2023.
