Excelsia University College officially opened the doors to its brand-new campus building this week, welcoming new and returning students for Orientation Week 2025.
The week introduced students to life at Excelsia through a mix of course briefings, campus tours, student support sessions, and social activities. Key topics included the student experience, our values and graduate attributes, academic expectations, student rights, and support services. Students also met Excelsia staff and their teachers, explored new recreational spaces, and got familiar with the local area and transport links.
'It was incredible to see so many students engaging with their future in such a vibrant and open space. The new campus offers a creative and collaborative environment – and you could feel that from the moment the doors opened.'
Awo Kwakwa, Registrar
Orientation also introduced students to the wide range of support services available at Excelsia, including academic mentoring, creative development programs, and wellbeing resources.
'Starting a degree is a huge step, and we’re proud to provide an environment that nurtures both personal growth and professional ambition.'
Rollan Verzosa, Student Life Coordinator
As classes officially commence next week, the buzz of Orientation Week sets the tone for a year of learning, creativity, and connection. Excelsia University College would like to thank all staff and student leaders, who contributed to making the week a success.
