Course Fees and Student Payment Options - Financial Information
Excelsia College has a variety of financial information and options to encourage students to engage in their desired field of study and to assist with their financial responsibilities.
Students can pay for their fees upfront or apply for FEE-HELP assistance during the first week of each Semester. Eligible students can elect to defer the payment of tuition fees using FEE-HELP for all units, or for some units only.
Once Students have received the Letter of Offer from Excelsia College , they will be provided with a Statement of Fees and can choose to pay up-front. This must happen before the end of the first week of semester (for domestic students) via credit card, cheque or direct deposit. International students need to pay on receipt of the Letter of Offer to ensure they receive their eCOE in good time.
FEE-HELP is a Commonwealth Government interest-free loan given to eligible fee-paying students to help pay their tuition fees. Eligible students are: Australian citizens; holders of permanent humanitarian visas; and permanent visa holders who are undertaking bridging study for overseas-trained professionals and will be resident in Australia for the duration of the study. FEE-HELP is available to both full-time and part-time students and there is no means test. FEE-HELP does not affect a student’s entitlements to Youth Allowance, Austudy or ABSTUDY.
For further information on FEE-HELP, please see the Study Assist website:
If you are an existing student using FEE-HELP, or have used FEE-HELP at a previous institution, you can check your entitlements using the government's myUniAssist portal:
