Biographical details

Fu Dai Joined the School of Business, Excelsia College as a casual high-degree research co-supervisor in 2020 and is now a lecturer in Management in the School of Business, Excelsia College. 

Dr Fu Dai holds a PhD in Management from the University of Technology, Sydney. His research interests include organization legitimacy, ambivalent leadership, and network entrepreneurs. Specifically, he investigates network marketing organization legitimation in Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. His research also conceptualizes ambivalent leadership in the context of NMO. He has published his papers “Network Marketing Businesses and Chinese Ethnicity Immigrants in Australia,” “Chinese Immigrants in the Network Marketing Business in the Western Host Country Context,” and “The Differences in the Outlook in Management Value in Various Parts of China” in different international journals
